Scholarships
UNCSA Summer Dance offers a limited number of merit-based scholarships to our intensive. If you have completed your audition and received a letter of acceptance, you may contact Mr. Ashley Lindsey at uncsasummerdance@gmail.com for information about applying for a small scholarship.
Deadlines and Payment Schedule
Admissions to UNCSA Summer Intensives are conducted on a rolling basis and students will be admitted in the order of their audition materials review/program acceptance/deposit payment. Consequently, programs may fill prior to the application deadline. Students may be added to a wait list and accepted after the deadline at the discretion of the program director.

| Half Payment Deadline | April 1, 2025 | 1/2 total program cost is due to hold the student's place in the program. Enrollments between April 1 and May 1 require immediate minimum payment of 1/2 the total program cost to save the student's place. |

Please note that fees are subject to change. Please call 336-817-5027 if you wish to set up a monthly payment plan. Payment plans will be set up to adhere to the payment deadlines above. Summer Programs are not eligible to accept funds from 529s.
Cancellations
- $200 non-refundable deposit due after acceptance: check or credit card. Students who have not paid the deposit will be marked as waitlisted until the deposit is paid.
- Student withdrawal by May 1: Refund of half the amount paid
- Student withdrawal after May 1: No refunds
In the event a program is canceled by UNCSA, payments will be refunded in full.
