Gender Violence Prevention and Survivor Advocacy
In the role of Assistant Director of Gender Violence Prevention and Survivor Advocacy, Fulton McSwain, Jr. serves as a single point person to guide students through the university, medical, and criminal law systems by providing confidential, trauma-informed advocacy and support to students impacted by relationship violence.
Mandatory reporting requirement
All UNCSA employees who learn about potential sexual misconduct are required to share that information with the Title IX office. When reported conduct involves suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, the conduct is required to be reported to child protective services(opens in new tab).
