Scholarships
The American Guild of Organists is able to offer need-based scholarships to those participating in the Pipe Organ Encounter (POE) only, not the POI. To apply for a scholarship, please contact POE/POI Director, Timothy Olsen
Deadlines & Payment Schedule

Admissions are conducted on a rolling basis until housing and program spots are full. It is likely that the program will fill before the registration deadline. Applying early is recommended. Please note that fees are subject to change. Please call 336-817-5027 if you wish to set up a monthly payment plan. Payment plans must adhere to the payment deadlines above. Summer Programs are not eligible to accept funds from 529s.
Cancellations
$200 non-refundable deposit due after acceptance: check or credit card. Students who have not paid the deposit will be marked as waitlisted until the deposit is paid.
Student withdrawal by May 1: Refund of half of the amount paid
Student withdrawal after May 1: No refunds
In the event a program is cancelled by UNCSA, payments will be refunded in full.
