Percussion Studio

The Percussion Studio at UNCSA, led by Dr. Ksenija Komljenović, brings together young percussionists from various backgrounds, including high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. While our students hold a wide array of professional dreams, ranging from becoming a principal timpanist to excelling as soloists, chamber musicians, or champions of arts education, they are united by their shared passion for the art form and unwavering dedication to professionalism.

Operating within the vibrant community of UNCSA, our studio actively engages in various performance avenues, including solo recitals, chamber music concerts, orchestra and wind ensemble performances, big band shows, opera productions, and recording sessions.

Within the percussion studio, a strong sense of camaraderie prevails, celebrated for the genuine kindness exhibited by its members. Members of the UNCSA Percussion Studio wholeheartedly pursue music with commitment and enthusiasm, fostering a dedicated and positive atmosphere.
