Employee Engagement Survey

The UNC System surveys employees every two years. The surveys are available to full-time, permanent faculty and staff. Eligible employees received a link to access the survey via their uncsa.edu email address. Survey participation is voluntary and confidential. Only ModernThink, who administers the survey, will have access to individual employee responses.

The results of the 2024 and 2022 Employee Engagement Survey are available. You can log in using your UNCSA single sign-on credentials to review the share reports that summarize the data provided to recognize our successes and address concerns that affect and influence our workplace culture.
