PowerPoint: Narration

Recording Narration with PowerPoint

Record slide show 

1. Load slide show.
   
   
2. Select Slide Show > Record Slide Show.
   
3. Speak your narrative over each slide. 
   
   
4. When you finish, click End Show on the top left.
   
5. When completed, you will see a small audio icon on each slide like below. Both in the main viewer and thumbnails. 
   

Present with real-time subtitles

• Enable real-time automatic captions or subtitles in PowerPoint

Export narration

• As Movie or MP4
