Isabelle Bushue (she/her/hers) is an actor, singer-songwriter, dancer and aspiring Cantonese cook. Currently she is spearheading an effort to create UNCSA’s first all Asian-American mainstage production slated for their 2021-22 season. Past acting credits include "Paper Dream" by Lyra Lang (directed by Desdemona Chiang, WWU), "Twelfth Night" (Mended Wing Theater Company), "Henry V," "A Midsummer Night’s Dream," "Love & Depositions," (UNC School of the Arts), "Wit" (Fairhaven Summer Repertory), "The Secret Garden" (WWU Summer Theater) and "WOMNX: Future Tense" (Women in Theater Festival in New York). Film: "June" (lead), "Miners" (supporting) and "Caprice" (supporting). Isabelle is also a Qi Gong and frisbee enthusiast, a Garageband music editor and, on extremely rare occasions, a slow and meandering walker.
