Case Resolution Board

The Case Resolution Board is defined as the body which hears testimony, reviews evidence and issues a recommendation of responsibility and outcome when a student contests a conduct charge.

The Case Resolution Board is composed of five voting members empaneled by the Associate Director for Student Conduct from a pool of trained individuals from the “Case Resolution Board Pool.” Examples of major conduct charges include schedule I-II drugs possession/consumption, reoccurring underage drinking, Title IX violations, etc.

Faculty, staff and students are invaluable to our conduct resolution process and provide a fair and equitable hearing for major conduct and Title IX violations. The Office of Student Affairs periodically recruits at-large members for the Student Case Resolution Conduct Board pool.
