Physical Security Integrations, Commerce & One Card Management (PSICOM)
The department of Physical Security Integrations, Commerce & One Card Management (PSICOM) is responsible for and oversees the systematic and daily operations of campus physical safety technologies and identity management via the UNCSA One Card.
The One Card is the only official form of identification at UNCSA. The One Card acts as a university ID, access card, meal plan card and prepaid flexible spending account for campus purchases and services. The One Card should be carried at all times and must be presented for access to campus facilities, services, campus sponsored events and more.
The mission of PSICOM is to establish, implement and maintain best practices to ensure a continuous and ongoing physically secure environment as well as manage all ID card uses for our students, staff, faculty and campus patrons and visitors.
PSICOM is divided into areas of operation, including:
- Physical Security Technology Planning and Management (PSTPM)
- Access Control and Surveillance Systems (ACSS)
- Campus ID card and One Card Commerce Systems (OC Office)
Location: Workplace Annex at 2007 Kenan Drive and across from Campus Police building.
