Pianist Angela Cheng, whose work has been described as “a bit of inexplicable magic” by the Vancouver Sun, presents a solo recital. Cheng, a native of Hong Kong and resident of Canada, is a faculty member at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. She has performed extensively as a recitalist, soloist and chamber musician across Canada and the United States. This concert is part of the “Piano Fridays” series, sponsored by the UNCSA Piano Department. This free concert series showcases the talent and breadth of renowned guest artists.
