Mark your calendar for a one-night-only event celebrating the School of Filmmaking’s early years and honoring founding Film Dean Sam Grogg and the Winston-Salem community that helped make the School of Filmmaking a reality.

This legacy film screening includes selections of student films from 1993-2003, covering a variety of genres and styles. Keep your eyes peeled for recognizable names from the film industry today who got their start at UNCSA.

Don’t miss additional legacy screenings featuring the second and third decades of the School of Filmmaking — to be presented in February 2025 and in the 2025-26 academic year.
