Walk through the renovated Semans Arts & Administration Building

Funded by the Connect NC Bond Act of 2016, the renovation of UNCSA's former library space is complete, and the Semans Arts & Administration Building (SAAB) is now open.

The renovated space features multipurpose spaces, seminar rooms, rehearsal spaces and a recording studio for students, along with faculty offices and conference rooms for the Schools of Dance and Drama. A university administration suite includes offices for the chancellor, provost, chief of staff and general counsel.
