It’s kind of a big deal.
The Webby Awards is the Internet’s most respected symbol of success. This year, close
to 13,000 entries were received from nearly all 50 states and 65 countries worldwide.
And UNCSA is a top five finalist in its category.
The Internet's highest honor.

You might recognize some of the 2016 executive judges: Arianna Huffington and Kevin Spacey will review entries, along with the founder
of Tumblr, co-founder of Twitter, co-founder of Reddit and others.
What you need to do.
Vote! You may vote once - now through Thursday, April 21, at 11:59 p.m. PST. Look to the
bottom right corner of your screen and you’ll see a Webby icon that tells you what
place UNCSA is currently in for People’s Voice. Until it says 1st Place, there is work to be done.
After you’ve voted, tell others to do the same. There is an incredible amount of power
in spreading the word, especially because UNCSA is a small school up against the big
dogs. Ask your friends, family, and all of your Facebook buddies that you never speak to in real life to vote for UNCSA. Tweet it out. E-mail your co-workers. Call your dentist. Every vote matters.
Why this matters.
The UNCSA website showcases the vast talent of UNCSA students, features alumni who
are excelling in their fields, highlights esteemed faculty in every school, and is
an important hub of information for the UNCSA community. A recognition for the website
is a recognition for UNCSA.
