I. Purpose
This regulation is to establish oversight of critical UNCSA functions in the event of an emergency or disaster.
II. Scope
This regulation applies to all UNCSA employees and students.

IV. Regulation
A. UNCSA departments and units critical to the functioning of UNCSA in the event of an emergency or disaster will develop and maintain a business continuity plan.
B. Annual Review. The Department of Campus Police & Public Safety will review the business continuity plan annually to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
C. The Business Continuity Plan will be available Fall 2011.
