Graduate Strings

As a student in the graduate strings degree program at University of North Carolina School of the Arts, you will be part of a community of hardworking musicians, dedicated to their instruments and becoming fine artists. Your peers in the graduate strings program and the School of Music will be diverse, coming from across the state, across the country and across the globe.

You will work side by side with musicians from eastern North Carolina, Israel, Germany and China, all sharing one thing – the joy of mastering your craft. The string program offers a Master of Music graduate degree and a post-graduate Professional Artist Certificate.
