Hello and welcome to the TeamDynamix community! TeamDynamix provides technology support for students, faculty and staff, including Service requests, Knowledge Base self-help articles and important technology notifications.
Sign In
In order to use TeamDynamix, click the link below.
Select Sign In at the upper right and sign in using your full UNCSA email address and password.
Search
The Search capabilities in TeamDynamix are extensive and highly valuable. Simply begin typing in the “Search the client portal” field located at the top of page and you can search for Services offered and Knowledge Base articles.
Additionally, you can click on the dropdown next to the Search field to do a more granular search of only Service Catalog items or only Knowledge Base items.
Knowledge Base
The knowledge base is a centralized repository where information is stored, organized, and shared. It is a place where you can go for self-help or “do it yourself” instructions rather than needing to submit a Service request (an example of this would be how to reset your own password). The Knowledge Base consists of Categories and then Articles that contain self-help information and documents, processes, and procedures that you have access to (see examples below):
Ticket Requests
Techology Support has created service catalog entries for tickets and you can use those to create service requests. Go to Services and then Service Catalog. Select the appropriate services category (faculty/staff or student).
Next select the technology category that matches your needs.
Select the service that matches your needs.
Click Submit Ticket.
Fill out the information form and click Submit.
You can return to TeamDynamix at any time to check on the progress of your ticket.
