The University of North Carolina School of the Arts offers a comprehensive benefit package designed with you and your family in mind. Benefits include but are not limited to: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement and more. To be eligible you must be in a permanent full-time position or if permanent part-time you are eligible however you must pay the full cost.

Benefits are governed by the UNC System Office of Human Resources.
