Chris Chapman is a Voting Member of the UNCSA Foundation Board of Directors. Chapman has been the president of The Chapman Company, a a commercial real estate company active in brokerage, property management and development since 1980. From 1990-1998, Chapman served as the chairman of the City/County Utility Commission which provides water, sewer and solid waste service to Winston-Salem/Forsyth County. He has been the vice president of the Fleshman-Pratt Foundation since 1985.
Chapman has previously served on the boards of United Way of Forsyth County, Rotary Club of Winston-Salem, Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County and the Piedmont Triad Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Parks).
