Nicholas Lorenzo is a clarinetist and educator originally from Miami, Florida, who now resides in Greensboro, North Carolina. Prior to his move, he earned a Bachelors of Music degree in Music Education from the University of Miami Frost School of Music and spent the following three years developing his skills as a K-12 music educator. Throughout those years, Lorenzo taught elementary general music, middle and high school beginning band, concert band, jazz band, and modern band.
Currently, Lorenzo is pursuing a Masters of Music degree in Clarinet Performance at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has performed at the Music Academy International Festival in Mezzano, Italy, and the Killington Music Festival in Killington, Vermont, where he was involved in orchestral, opera, musical theater, and chamber music ensemble settings, in addition to solo performances. Recently, Lorenzo enlisted in the U.S. Army and serves with the 208th Army Band performing throughout the Southeastern United States.
