The University of North Carolina School of the Arts will post a Request for Quote (RFQ) to the State of NC Interactive Purchasing System.  If you are interested in reviewing an RFQ, you may find it by following the instructions below:

1. Go to:  https://www.ips.state.nc.us/ips/
2. Select  "Search by Bid Number" link
3. Input a Bid Number  and select Search button. The RFQ Header Page and associated information should display.
4. Select the number shown under Bid Number column. The PDF of the full RFQ will display.
