College Commencement Ceremony
The University Commencement for the Undergraduate and Graduate Class of 2024 is 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem.
Troy Kotsur, whose groundbreaking role in “CODA” (2021) made him the first Deaf male actor to win an Academy Award, will be the commencement speaker at the High School and University ceremonies.
Graduates will be allotted six guest tickets and the ceremony will be livestreamed for additional access.

Commencement Day Check-In
Graduating students should arrive at Wait Chapel promptly at 9 a.m. on May 6, 2022. The ceremony starts at 10 a.m. As you arrive, stage managers will be at a check-in table to sign you in and you'll receive any additional instructions.
Commencement Video
A livestream link of the ceremony will be on uncsa.edu homepage on the day of graduation. The ceremony will be from 10 a.m. to noon.
