Celebrate National Poetry Month with Joseph Mills’ new collection
Longtime Division of Liberal Arts professor Joseph Mills is releasing his eighth book of poetry, "The Holiday Cycle," this April in honor of National Poetry Month.
Former N.C. poet laureate Joseph Bathanti calls it a “beautiful, poignant book” in
which Mills “delivers one remarkable poem after another.”
Joseph, who holds the Susan Burress Wall Distinguished Professorship in the Humanities,
has published seven previous poetry collections and has been featured on "The Writer’s
Almanac" and in “American Life in Poetry.”
"The Holiday Cycle" is available through Press 53 and at independent bookstores.
