Open Enrollment is here: Sept. 30 to Oct. 25
Take action before Oct. 25!
The enrollment links are provided here to make it easier for you.
Remember we have two enrollment platforms:
See this flyer for Open Enrollment assistance information.
Please remember the following
- You will log in using the same username and password you currently use daily.
- DO NOT call the Enrollment line to reset your password. Instead, call IT or use the change password option. We are a single-sign-on campus; therefore, their instructions are not for our system.
- Take action to make sure you receive your $60 Tobacco credit monthly.
- If you have the 80/20 plan and want to continue, it's vital to re-enroll. We are all automatically switched to the 70/30 plan, but by re-enrolling, you can ensure you keep this plan that works best for you.
- You must add your Primary Care Physician again. This information did not transfer over when we switched to Aetna. The name will be printed on your new card, and you will receive the reduced co-pay.
- Update your address if necessary, to receive your new health card from Aetna and any other materials that will be mailed.
- Ensure that you review your beneficiaries.
If you prefer to enroll by phone, call the Eligibility & Enrollment line at 855-859-0966. They have extended hours for Open Enrollment:
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and
Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
