Human Resource Professional Day honors the invaluable work of HR professionals. It is celebrated every Sept. 26.
On HR Professional Day, I would like to recognize and celebrate the extraordinary work of the Human Resources team here at UNCSA. They work tirelessly behind the scenes, often facing unique and complex challenges, yet remain dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our entire campus community.
HR is frequently the unsung hero of any organization; at times, their hard work and commitment may go unnoticed. But today, I want to spotlight the UNCSA HR Team and their invaluable contributions. From ensuring smooth hiring processes, generating various reports, handling benefits, and managing employee relations to offering support through training and development, they truly are the backbone of our institution. I’ve seen firsthand how they go above and beyond, and I’m proud to have such a devoted and talented group of professionals.
