HR Workshop: Managing Employees During Probationary Period
This September, as part of their Learning & Development Employee Track, Human Resources is offering a workshop on Managing Employees During the Probationary Period.
This course will provide information on managing your employee during the 12-month probationary period, including expectations during months 0-3. The workshop will also discuss identifying and addressing any deficiencies identified at months 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12 before the probationary period ends. This disciplinary process overview will ensure you know what to do when your new person is not working out.
