Secondary Employment ForM

It is the policy of the State of North Carolina that any employee who holds a full-time position with the state shall consider the state employment responsibilities as primary. Any employment outside of the primary state position is considered secondary employment. Secondary employment cannot adversely affect or create a conflict of interest with employment with UNCSA. An employee shall obtain approval from their supervisor before engaging in any employment outside of UNCSA.

Below is the link to the Secondary Employment Policy. If you do not know if you are an SHRA employee, please contact Human Resources at 336-770-1481.
