As this week unfolds, we pause to recognize the remarkable dedication and tireless efforts of telecommunications personnel, who form the backbone of our emergency response systems. These brave first responders and dedicated dispatchers are at the forefront of every emergency call.
Their unwavering commitment to excellence in the face of adversity, ability to remain calm under pressure, quick thinking and steadfast dedication to public service are nothing short of inspiring. Every call they answer, every decision they make and every life touched is a testament to their courage and compassion.
