Before settling in her home of the British Virgin Islands, Sara Smith spent the first few years of her life discovering new places by sailboat and temporarily living in Miami, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic and more. Sara has diverse training including Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop and many African/Caribbean styles.
In the BVI, she spent many years performing, teaching and choreographing in the local community. At UNCSA, she has performed works by Martha Graham, Grady Bowman, Robert Battle and Gaspard Louis. After graduating, Sara plans to do freelance work while continuing her passion of sharing the art and beauty of all styles of dance.
