Margaux Lucas, from Ellicott City, MD, began her ballet training under the direction of Donna Pidel at Ballet Royale Institute of Maryland. She joined their pre-professional program, one of the first to implement the American Ballet Theater National Training Curriculum.
From 2012-2016, Margaux competed as a soloist and ensemble member at the semi-finals and finals of Youth America Grand Prix. From 2010-2017, she attended summer intensive programs at American Ballet Theater, Rock School, Gelsey Kirkland Academy, Alonzo King Lines Ballet, Kaatsbaan, Complexions and UNCSA. Following graduation, she will continue her studies in London in hopes of joining a dance company.
