Since watching "Taxi Driver" and "Malcom X" in the summer of his last year of middle school, Jude has been driven to become an actor demanding such authenticity. A first generation Congolese-American, Jude ventured to New York studying artistry at The New School and then craft at Strasberg before coming back home to North Carolina at UNCSA, to continue his journey of finding a sincere and vulnerable type of acting that can never be grasped but always sought after, a chase he’s committed too.
Jude’s passion doesn’t just live in his work, his deep love for music, screenwriting, basketball, his family and friends guide him through. His time at school has been filled with fruitful collaborations with his filmmaker roommates, to the many talented artists apart from the Schools of Filmmaking and Drama.
Jude’s pursuit of heavy and provocative works reflect credits accumulated at school such as “Life Sucks”, as the Professor, former Dean Zigler’s final play before retirement and “Barbecue” as James T, directed by Cliff Odle. He will be in “Fairview” as Dayton this upcoming fall and his latest short film “Bodybag” is planned to be submitted to festivals this upcoming fall.
