Gabe is an Italian-American director and actor who spent his life growing up in South Florida and Northern Italy. As the son of two writers who taught him to approach life as a creator, art and literature have been consistently present in his life since childhood.
For high school, he attended the A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida where he studied acting while simultaneously gaining experience in technical theatre, dramaturgy, stage management, arts administration and, most significantly, directing.
Now, he is almost half-way through his first year at UNCSA where he is pursuing a B.F.A. in Directing. He is interested in challenging the norms of traditional theatre and re-envisioning work alongside multi-hyphenated artists with an openness to collaborate.
This semester, see his work in Sarah Ruhl’s "Dog Play" at the Fall 2024 Director’s Fest.
