Clover Ivey (they/them) has been passionate about performing for as long as they can remember. Born in Brooklyn, NY, they were gifted with exposure to some of the best theatre in the world where they learned storytelling was their passion. They attended Fiorello Laguardia High School of Music & Art for vocal music while participating in workshops at Atlantic Theatre Company and Upright Citizens Brigade over the summer.
They woke up at 5 a.m. on the weekends to get rush tickets to their favorite Broadway shows, got student discounts to see productions at theaters such as BAM and St. Anne's Warehouse, and never gave up on their dream to be an actor no matter how many times they were told no. UNCSA has given Clover the opportunity to further learn and diversify their skills as an actor, playing roles such as #2 in "The Wolves" by Sarah Delappe, Helena in "All's Well That Ends Well" and most recently Baron Van Swieten in "Amadeus" by Peter Shaffer. They are excited to embark on their post B.F.A. adventures!
