Allyson Williams was born in Jacksonville, Florida. She began her dance training at Jacksonville Centre of the Arts at the age of three and has trained in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, hip-hop and West African. In 2017, she graduated high school from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and during the same year, she was accepted into the UNCSA to pursue her B.F.A. in Contemporary dance.
While studying at UNCSA, she has had the opportunity to work with Brenda Daniels, Kira Blazek, Ming- Lung Yang, Maurizo Nardi, Ashley Lindsey, Elisa Clark, Robert Battle and many more esteemed teachers. Allyson hopes to join a contemporary dance company and share her knowledge of dance with younger students.
