A celebration of brass ensemble music, Brass IMPACT! is a professional brass ensemble performing classical, jazz, rock, fusion and contemporary original works and arrangements.

The members of Brass IMPACT! represent some of the finest brass performers from the state who also perform with prominent professional orchestras and wind bands such as the North Carolina, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Salisbury and Western Piedmont symphony orchestras and the Piedmont Wind Symphony. Many of the members are UNCSA faculty and alumni, with faculty artist Mark A. Norman conducting. The performance will include Gina Gillie’s “Philharmonic Fanfare,” Johann Sebastian Bach’s immortal “Toccata and Fugue in D Minor,” and Brian Balmages’ epic Easter work, “Ite missa est.”
