UNCSA alumni nominated for Emmy Awards
Several alumni from UNCSA are nominated for Emmy Awards for their work on some of the most popular television and streaming shows of the year.
Nominations for the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards were announced virtually today. This year’s awards include shows that aired from June 2023 through May 2024.
Tiffany Little Canfield (B.F.A. Drama ’00) is nominated for outstanding casting for a comedy series for Hulu’s
“Only Murders in the Building.” The series has a total of 21 nominations including
outstanding comedy series.

Danny McBride (B.F.A. Filmmaking ’99) is nominated in the outstanding documentary or nonfiction
series category for his work as an executive producer on the HBO series “Telemarketers.”

Alex Perrone (B.F.A. Dance ’12) is nominated for outstanding prosthetic makeup for the Disney+ sci-fi series “Ahsoka.”

Awards in the entertainment categories will be presented Sunday, Sept. 15, in a ceremony to be broadcast on ABC at 8 p.m. and streamed the next day on Hulu. FXX will air an edited presentation of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony on Sept. 14 at 8 p.m.
