Michael L. Rogers is Commercial Banking Leader for Wells Fargo’s Piedmont Triad Region
and Western North Carolina markets. His 29 years of banking experience includes Corporate
Banking, Leveraged Finance, Asset-Based Lending and Middle Market Banking.
Rogers is also currently a board member of Higher Ed Works and Greater Winston-Salem,
Inc. He previously served as a trustee of Summit School, a board member and chair
of Crosby Scholars Community Partnership, an advisory board member of Read Write Spell,
a board member and chair of the Winston-Salem Symphony, and a member of the Board
of Visitors at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a member of Centenary United Methodist Church
in Winston-Salem.
Rogers is a native of Albemarle, North Carolina, and graduated from Asheville School.
He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA from Emory
University’s Goizueta Business School. Rogers and his wife Jill have three children.
