Hayden Neumann is a musician that strives to obtain a unique, sophisticated sound out of his music and performance. Hayden is currently a first year graduate student at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) from Charlotte, North Carolina. Hayden studies under Dmitri Shteinberg as he pursues his graduate degree in piano performance at UNCSA. Both of his parents filled the house with music and art, prompting his interest in the arts and later falling in love with the piano. He began his musical journey at age eight, attending the Community School of the Arts in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Throughout his learning experience, Hayden has been blessed with a variety of music opportunities including a summer internship at WDAV The Classical Music Radio Station in Davidson, NC where he worked with fellow collaborators who helped aid him in his journey as a working musician. This past summer, Hayden attended the Miami International Piano Festival Academy in Dobbiaco, Italy where he was able to immerse himself within the rich musical culture. Hayden has performed in masterclasses with artists such as Reed Tetzloff and Dmitry Ablogin. Prior to attending UNCSA, Hayden studied under Dzidra Reimanis. His everyday interests include doing puzzles, watching sports and playing with his dog
