Voting opens March 19 for 2025-26 Student Body President
The UNCSA Student Government Association is hosting the election for the 2025-26 Student
Body President on Wednesday, March 19 through Thursday, March 20.
The Student Body President collaborates with representatives from High School Student
Government, Graduate Student Council, and the Association of Student Governments.
This individual also interfaces with UNCSA's administration, faculty, and staff, advocating
on behalf of the student body. The Student Body President represents the student body
as a Board of Trustees voting member.
The Student Body President (SBP) candidate is: Trey Mazza, a rising fourth-year student in Design & Production.

- Enhance Student Experience & Wellbeing
- Deepen SGA’s collaboration with Administration’s decision-making regarding student affairs.
- Increase availability, consistency, and quality of health & wellness resources.
- Ensure the demands of production involvement are balanced and sensible.
- Improve Campus Connection & Communication
- Enliven student programming and non-curricular events.
- Broaden the scope of interdisciplinary collaboration and initiatives.
- Provide campus leadership with vital insight into student experiences and concerns.
- Make our community better informed of all resources, opportunities, and happenings.
- Standardize and Centralize Program Structures
- Ensure student advising/mentorship is supportive, timely, and accessible.
- Work to develop unambiguous, comprehensive, and impartial art school policies.
- Stabilize student curricular progression and production involvement.
Voting Information
- You can cast your vote starting at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, March 19 through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, March 20.
- All students (high school, undergraduate and graduate) may cast one vote for their candidate of choice.
