Students in the dining hallAfter much anticipation and excitement, Sodexo is proud to present Simple Servings – a fresh approach to dining that prioritizes your well-being starting Monday, Nov. 4, 2024.

Enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu that’s free from the top allergens, full of flavor, and made just for you! Sodexo's award-winning and newly refresh resident dining option for University accounts, providing safe and appetizing food choices for our students with food allergies, gluten intolerance, and those who prefer simple foods.

This station is centered right in the middle of the Hector Manual Lopez Jr. Dining Hall and provides an innovative solution to proactively address most of the ingredients that account for 90% of all food-allergy reactions: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds. Most importantly, this station is akin to an action station and 100% prepared in front of the students and provides a fresh meal, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
