Application Fee Waiver

Prospective freshmen (current seniors in high school) who are applying with an official SAT, ACT or NACAC fee waiver must submit the UNCSA online application. Only seniors currently in high school are eligible for approved application fee waivers.

Applicants are required to provide official signed copies of the SAT, ACT or NACAC fee waivers in order to be considered for the application fee waiver.

Applicants can upload the fee waiver to their Admissions Portal or may mail the official fee waiver to the Office of Admissions (faxed or emailed copies are not accepted). 

• Please select “Fee Waiver” as your form of application fee payment within the online application.
• A request for payment of the application fee will show on your Admissions Portal until we have received your official fee waiver in our office. Please allow a few days for processing.

Letters from school administrators/counselors are NOT accepted as official fee waivers. Please note that your application will not be processed until we receive your fee waiver.
