About UNCSA
Visiting Campus
Welcome to UNCSA! Our 79-acre campus in Winston-Salem, N.C., has unique features like a movie lot in the School of Filmmaking, a park-like area near Hanes Student Commons, and a modern metropolitan feel around Performance Circle, where you can catch plays or musical performances, sip coffee or explore the library with its great campus and city views.
In addition to campus residence halls, academic buildings and studios, UNCSA has 11 performance and screening spaces. Our largest performance venue is the Stevens Center, which is off our main campus and located in the center of downtown Winston-Salem.
The health and safety of our entire university community, including visitors, contractors, subcontractors and vendors is important to us. Please follow the UNCSA Community Health Standards to protect our community and yourself during your campus visit. Review specific instructions below:
Admissions Visitors
Campus tours are offered at select times during the week. You must register in advance; walk-ins will not be accommodated. Info Sessions and Admissions Counselor meetings are currently offered virtually.
Contractors, Subcontractors and Vendors
Please relay any and all project challenges your firm is facing. This information will help us work together to lessen the impact to personal safety and project construction timelines.
If any individual associated with an on-campus project has been in direct contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, that individual must remove himself/herself from the UNCSA campus. The person will be admitted back to campus following State quarantine protocol.
Please continue to work through UNCSA Construction Project Manager and stay tuned in to government updates for COVID-19. UNCSA Facilities Department staff will be on campus throughout construction and are available by telephone, email and text. Contacts are as follows:
