Eric Flow is the chief operating officer and president of Management Services for Flow Automotive Companies, a leading retail automotive group headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC with over 53 franchises.
In his role at Flow Automotive Companies he is responsible for Variable Operations, Fixed Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Consolidated Accounting, the Customer Relationship Center, Human Capital Development, Software Development, IT & Systems, Business Development, Drive Flow and Strategic Partnerships.
Prior to becoming the president of Management Services, Flow worked for years in various operational roles in multiple Flow stores; he has extensive operational and strategic experience in the automotive sector in both traditional and new ventures.
Flow is also a founder and board member of Inmar Automotive, a joint venture between Flow Automotive Companies and Inmar focused on delivering data-science driven marketing to retail automotive. He has served on the Board of Summit School since 2019.
Flow received a B.S. in commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Eric met his wife Meghan, a native of Chicago, at the University of Virginia where she was also a student.
