Courses offered by an Art School other than Music must receive approval of both the Dean of the School of Music (or designee) and the Dean (or designee) of the Art School offering the course.

³ All music students must perform in ensembles as assigned, even beyond the minimum. Any combination of MUS 5110, MUS 5120, MUS 5140, MUS 5180, and MUS 5260 may be used to fulfill the minimum requirement. Large Ensemble assignments are made by the ensemble directors in consultation with the major teacher; Chamber Ensemble assignments are approved by the major teacher.
