1 Unrestricted Elective Credits may be fulfilled at any time during the four years of the program using any course offered on the UNCSA campus. Courses offered by an Art School other than Music must receive approval of both the Dean of the School of Music (or designee) and the Dean (or designee) of the Art School offering the course.
2 All music students must perform in ensembles as assigned, even beyond the minimum. Orchestra assignments are made by the orchestra director in consultation with the major teacher; Chamber Ensemble assignments are approved by the major teacher.
