¹MUS 3010: Applied Lessons carries either 2 or 3 credits per semester; all applied study in the undergraduate certificate is credited at the higher credit value.

²All music students must perform in ensembles as assigned, even beyond the minimum. Large Ensemble assignments are made by the ensemble directors in consultation with the major teacher; Chamber Ensemble assignments are approved by the major teacher.

³Courses are chosen in consultation with the student’s arts advisor and the approval of the Associate Dean in the School of Music.
