Resources for Survivors
Resources for Survivors
UNCSA is committed to eliminating discrimination and harassment in all forms, including relationship violence.
Discrimination and harassment, relationship violence, are prohibited at UNCSA. Incidents of this type are contrary to our values of ensuring a safe, equitable and violence-free environment. They are also a barrier to achieving health and wellness, student success and institutional excellence.
UNCSA provides a fair and equitable process for resolving reports and complaints of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. During any investigation, interim supportive measures will be offered through the Title IX office.
Mandatory reporting requirement
All UNCSA employees who learn about potential sexual misconduct are required to share that information with the Title IX office. When reported conduct involves suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, the conduct is required to be reported to child protective services(opens in new tab).
