1. Locate your personal folders on your folder list. For help accessing your folder list, visit this page. If you do not see a personal folder (circled in red below - top circle,) please contact the helpdesk at 770-3300 for further assistance.

2. Messages located in any of the files in your mail box (circled in green - bottom circle) are on the server and taking up space in your mail box. Messages existing in your personal folders are not on the server, but are instead on your local hard drive. By transferring messages off of the server and onto these personal folders you can save messages without taking up your alloted mailbox space.
